Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (carrier)), compound food additive (lecithin (emulsifier) and gum arabic (stabiliser)), magnesium bisglycinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
The capsule shell contains no titanium dioxide or synthetic dyes. The ingredients contain no silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate or MCC.
Directions for use
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with meals. Duration: at least 1 month. The course may be repeated if necessary.
