Short and fair — the rules for buying on SPLAT Iraq.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Iraqi dinar and include all taxes. Delivery is charged by governorate and shown before you confirm. An order is accepted when we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp; we may cancel orders we cannot fulfil and will tell you why.
Payment
Cash on delivery only. Pay the courier the exact amount shown on your order confirmation.
Delivery
Erbil next working day; Duhok and Sulaymaniyah 1–2 working days; the rest of Iraq 2–4 working days. Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay.
Returns
Sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are paid in cash by the courier or as SPLAT Club points.
Promotions and points
One promo code per order. SPLAT Club points are worth 1 IQD each, are not transferable and expire 12 months after they were earned. We may change or end a promotion at any time.

Every product sold here is imported and distributed by Al-Hind General Trading, SPLAT's exclusive partner in Iraq.
