Register on the website
Enter your phone number and your company's tax ID to create a business account.
Check that the details are correct
The company details will be filled in automatically. You only need to confirm them and provide the representative's contacts.
Accept the EDI invitation
We will send it after your first order is placed.

Order
Who can become a corporate customer?
We work with any legal entities (LLC, JSC) and sole proprietors. To cooperate, all you need are your company details and an EDI connection.
How do I start buying as a business?
Just register on the website. Enter your company's tax ID — we will automatically create a business account and you will be able to place orders and receive invoices right away.

Delivery
What documents are needed to collect an order?
Courier delivery: only the contact person's ID document is required.
Pickup point: an ID document and a power of attorney from the company (or the company stamp) are required.
How fast will my order be delivered?
Delivery takes from 2 business days (depending on the region). You will see the exact date in the cart at checkout.
Which documents will I receive and when?
We issue a UPD (universal transfer document). You will receive it in the EDI system the day after the goods are shipped.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
Payment is made by bank transfer (against the issued invoice).
Can prices change while I am paying the invoice?
No. Prices and stock are fixed at the moment the invoice is issued. These terms are valid for 3 banking days (the reservation period).
Returns
How do I cancel a paid order?
Contact us at 8 (800) 600-51-64 or write to officeb2b@splatglobal.com. We work from 9:00 to 18:00 (Moscow time) and will process the cancellation promptly.
When and where will the money be refunded?
The money will be returned to the same bank account you paid from. This usually takes 5 to 10 banking days — the exact period depends on your bank.
What should I do if a faulty item or the wrong order arrives?
Please contact us right away at 8 (800) 600-51-64 (from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time) or write to officeb2b@splatglobal.com. We will look into the situation promptly and solve the problem.
